Remember: Every little bit counts. And that works BOTH ways. Every small change you make towards a more healthful lifestyle will yield enormous results. But in the same manner, all the little things we "allow" ourselves - the treats, skipped workouts, etc (particularly when it becomes habit) - can often have a considerable aftereffect as well.
